My iPhone won’t show articles, just blank pages STILL.
Paying Monthly for Nothing
I pay monthly to read the articles but can never open the links to do so. After a month of frustration I even contacted Apple to be sure my devices weren't blocking it. Without their links working there is no way to cancel or change subscription.
Maybe they will read this and give me a way to reach them.

Black screen on WJ?
All of a sudden when i open WJ on my iPad, the stories are black when they are opened. If i click on any of the black spaces it opens Gettr? Seems like Getter has hacked WJ app for iPad. It still works fine on my android. I reported the issue before, received a couple of replies asking for screen shots, but never received any other contact from WJ. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times, but the problem remains.

Total frustration!
I am always intrigued by the Western Journal's articles listed on other sites. Thought it would be a good idea to down-load the App, which I did. However, since the down-load I have not been able to read a single article. The App will not open...... it starts but quits. Why? 🤬

I’ve had WJ for years. In fact at one time I had 2 subscriptions. I wanted to support them and didn’t know I could donate.

App Problem
I’ve been using Western Journal for quite a while. The news is great. But the app unnecessarily takes the reader back to the beginning of the article numerous times when trying to read the article.
I guess this is happening so the WJ can charge for more ads seen.

I need help
I cannot get the articles to open up. They start to open but then stop. I would very much like to read your articles but they will not open. I tried to go through app support but that wouldn’t open either. Please help!
App Should Be Called “Download Twitter”
Nearly every story is a link to “read on Twitter” (which doesn’t exist, by the way). There’s no additional content, just the same headline. Occasionally, I can tap the image on “Twitter” (which doesn’t exist) and be taken right back to the Western Journal app.
And why offer a dark mode if it’s just for the headlines page, but if I go to the story, it’s blinding white?

App Should Be Called “Download Twitter”

Read On Twitter Killed It For Me
They post these headlines, that when you select them say “read on Twitter”. Then it takes me to Twitter and it’s the same headline. No additional content, no further story, just the same headline that’s in the app. I used to like this app, but I’m deleting it.

I don’t want to read every article from a link you take me to Twitter. Ridiculous. Deleting app.

Other news aggregators somehow manage to provide news articles that don’t refresh when you’re trying to read the. Western Journal hasn’t figured out how to do that yet.

Freezing and cutting off and taking you back to the start of an article in the middle of what I’m reading is very frustrating!! Other than that, i love the truth!! Please fix the problem!!
This app is all but unusable
I want it to work. I want to read the articles. But I can’t get through even one article without it refreshing & taking me back to the beginning. It probably has something to do with the ads, but it’s frustrating and ridiculous.

So I have read from your news app for a ling time but I got sick and tired of the book advertising so I broke down and sent above my budget snd pain for the subscription.
Now I cannot see ANYTHING when I try and open up this news app.

Frustrating
The app is good for news however scrolling through a story is infuriating! You get part way through and it will take you back to the top of the article. You have to REALLY want to read an article for the app to reload and to keep starting at the beginning 4 or 5 times to eventually find your place and finish it. It’s beyond annoying.

Decent news articles. Needs improvement of app.
It’s a decent new organization, but the app needs a lot of work, especially for the iPad. Also WJ needs to do something about the ads from google… It just feels like a lot of clickbait, etc.
