Very glitchy lately!

I loved this app…then a few weeks ago it wouldn’t load, I tried everything. I re-downloaded it and it at least let me log in, but now every few days it doesn’t refresh and says there is an error with it stuck on refreshed 2 or days ago listed. It is quite annoying. Not more so than going to the App Store and clicking on the contact the developer to just be routed to the western security generic site where there doesn’t seem to be a way to reach the app developer to report the bugs. Please fix! (On current version of iPhone iOS)

Account Balances Don’t Load

My account balances don’t load. Tells me to hit retry, that doesn’t help. I try again later, that does nothing. It’s hard to keep track of things when your bank balances doesn’t update more than a week at a time.

Tenth Avenue North idea?

I like it! Letter in the mail with timely execution premiering the App on Jan. 30 with same username & password. Smooth, Western Security. And the kid at Altabank simply says…”There’s an App for that!”

Great app!

Absolutely love this app, so user friendly. It has so many new features like bank to bank transfers and the ability to add travel alerts yourself on your debit card.

I am loving the new app so far. It looks great and I appreciate that the online banking experience and the mobile app coincide with each other. Big improvement!

New Online Banking

I love the option to hide accounts I don’t want to see. I can now make my travel plans through my app and don’t need to call the branch!
