WU transfer problem
Everything works OK except when you are asked for a telephone number for your login. Auto fill will give you a phone number with a 1 in front of it. But auto fill has a one included in it. You may wonder why it isn’t working. That is an area of confusion.

Why did Western Union make transfers slower?
I used to be able to send money online and have it delivered almost immediately. Now I’m being told that the transfer can take up to 6 hours. That’s a significant downgrade for a service that is supposed to be convenient and fast.
Western Union still advertises online transfers as a convenient way to send money and promotes fast delivery options, so having a transfer suddenly take hours is frustrating. (westernunion.com)
If the processing times have changed, Western Union should be transparent about why and clearly explain what has changed. Customers shouldn’t have to discover slower delivery only after initiating a transfer.
Western Union: stop making the service slower and bring back the near-instant delivery customers were used to.
