Worst app ever!!
They give you tools, then take them away. Deposits used to be green now you have dig to find them. App crashes all the time.

Nightmare. Constantly crashes
The app is terrible. If you want to pay your loan with your debit card you have to hope and pray the loan payment page launches and when it does its a race against time to get your billing address and card number in before the app bugs and crashes again. And if you’re lucky enough to hit the process button, you’ll get an error message even if your payment processes. There’s also no way to pay extra to go towards your “principal only”, unless you go to the union in person. I verified my bank account and the transfers occurred, but I’m still not able to pick that account to pay with. They don’t make banking easy with them.

Won’t open!
Have installed three times the app just won’t open. Ugh.
Great Visual Enhancements/Banking Needs Useless
I’ve not had luck logging on for 3 days now. Uninstall/Deleted App. Hoping for resolution. Denied. New App downloaded. Attempts to login with our username/password, again - DENIED! I rely on this daily. Is there a plan for resolution??
