I really hate it when companies forced me to download their app to do the most basic stuff. Why do I have to download a app to navigate your mall? Like why would you turn off the information kiosks and force everyone to get the app instead? Please stop with the terrible anti-consumer behaviour.

I had a great experience with Warringah Mall concierge yesterday. In particular Sonya, who was exceptionally helpful and should be commended for being polite, cheerful and nothing is too difficult to assist with. Her attitude to assist needed to be recognized and it is staff like this that Westfield should proud of.

Not recognising number plate
Spent time down loading the app and checking number plate only to be told that car is not parked here.

I exited the car park expecting not to pay & had to pay $6!! Couldn’t check app as it doesn’t work anymore

Went to Westfield Penrith yesterday visited restaurant and Joan theatre when I went to leave I found I had not been given extra two hours free parking ? Paid

No extended parking
I stayed 3 hrs expecting free parking under my pre-registered licence plate number, only to find that it had mysteriously disappeared from the app when I went through the boom gates, as if I had never entered the number.
Changing number plate
Can’t change. Error: something went wrong. Not informative nor useful.
Removed 1hr extra free parking
Pointless after they removed the extra free hour of parking at Chatswood
Doesn’t share cars
I joined using my Apple account, which hides email address, and can’t add our car because it’s on my wife’s account. She tried to share it but that doesn’t work due to the Apple account.
