Never recognises my parking
So I rely on the app to tell me when my parking is expiring. WhenI open the app, a message pops up saying ‘it looks like you’re in store’ so it knows I’m there, but when I go to parking page it doesn’t display that I’m parked or when I entered. Becoming really annoying
Waste of time
They say enter daily on the app then it won't let you says youve already entered
5 star
This app makes shopping easy and enjoyable! It is very convenient for finding stores and discovering great deals and exploring new brands. This app is well designed for Westfield and makes every shopping trip smoother and more organised.
Southland
I go there at least twice a week, staff always helpful and I’m impressed that they are always working cleaning etc. Well done Southland.
Perfect
Everything is in under the same roof
Parking
The app never detect where the car located , also no benefits for the member
Parking failures
Good idea but doesn’t work. Number plate and payment method entered in app but still have to pay non-member parking fee with card on way out.
Not thought out
Asks for phone number to send code to but says that number is being used by another account. Number matches my profile.

Parking
Although I have been using the app for a number of years now and update ad required. Lately, when I park, my registration number is not found in the app, but the pay machines can find it no problems. After calling support, the fix is to see the service desk when I come to the store.
Review for Westfield app
This app helped me with my shopping, parking and much more, there were also member benefits available that were exclusive and I was happy to have the chance to win a prize, overall I find this app both useful and enjoyable as it helped me with my daily errands.
