Bias to non Westpac cards
I have found that non westpac cards are near impossible to get the tap to activate the purchase , overall it’s extremely poor at connecting to cards. I only use it it very rare emergency now and that’s it works even then. Later model iPhone max pro.

This is gods gift to the cashless society, but it takes practise to get the card just right. Card chip has to be on top left of phone to work.

Everything is fantastic, invoices, etc. only thing I wish on the website you could pay invoices instead of only in the app. Otherwise great!

Over the phone payment
App and merch is very good. I have never had any problems with this app. They need to have an option to take payment over the phone or manually insert card details. Also have an option to download an PDF receipt.

Doesn't read cards
I agree with the previous comments regarding the app having poor card reading ability. I've had no problems with phone tap which works quickly & well.
I have followed the instructions regarding card positioning, but it still very rarely works.
Sending invoices defeats the purpose of having the app. I'm considering switching apps if the functionality does not improve.
