Recently opened the app again, and lo and behold, it no longer takes me to a different state, but to my local Westside :) I can order, customize, even choose a pickup time. Only issue now is it works on my iPhone and iPad, but not on my Mac? Weird, but I’d probably use the phone anyway. Thx for fixing it.

I am unable to login! The reset was never sent to my phone number or email! I tried for 20 minutes! Nice trick! If you can’t login, you DON’T GET rewards! 👌🏻 #NotCool! 👎🏻 I’ve spent close to $200 to date!
Pizza great! App, not so much.
Filled in all my info to create an account but the accept button stayed greyed out. Nothing on the screen to tell me something’s missing. Went to the website and it doesn’t work either.
Bad account creation
Both me and my wife are having issues with creating accounts. It says an account is created under our numbers, so we tried to reset our passwords. We enter our number and get no text. So we’re stuck since we can’t make an account with our phone numbers but we can’t reset our passwords?? Please fix this error in your system.

Can’t find local stores
This would be a great app if it could accurately find my location. It wants me to order pizza 450 miles away. Can the developer help?
Absolutely useless. Literally.
Upon opening the app, you’re greeted with the Westside logo and a loading icon. After about 30 seconds an error pops up that connection could not be made. I have connection for every other app and website, so it’s obviously on their end. Can’t even get anything to load at all. No menu to see, no locations, nothing.

Apps is horrible
Food is great. The rating is for the App only. The App does not work. Wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to get it to connect. Better to just order the food online or in person.

The app is so slow it physically hurts. It freezes and has to be restarted. Every order has had to be restarted at least four times. I’ve given up and resorted to calling as every single app order crashes multiple times.

Great app for a great pizza place.
Loses Details
I enjoy their pizza but their app and website never work the first time. It takes several attempts and still gets the delivery/take out option wrong. As well as losing your order when you checkout and having to start over again. It’s very frustrating and sometimes I just call in the order as it’s easier.

I love Westside Pizza. It will always be my favorite and is close to my heart because I grew up in a small town (Buckley) and that’s where you got pizza!

Con: They don’t deliver (or Uber) to LaCrosse, WA. It’s only about 40 minutes away…each way. I don’t mind like a $2.75, delivery charge for that. Heck! I probably would find some kind of tip for the driver. Something useful like seed so they could start their own farm! Perhaps that’s not a con. It sounds like I could help the economic growth of our farming industry in Washington state!
Their pizza isn’t just amazing, but it could possibly make Washington a bigger player in the agricultural markets. No wonder I love West Side Pizza.

Love the pizza but hate the app. Pointless rebuild it or get ride of it.
Don't get it
What's the point of the app? I click on "order pizza" and it opens up my web browser to Westsides website. I can just skip the app, go straight to the website and order a pizza quicker than using the app.

Love the mobile app! Now if only you had an option for me to call and uber to the store!
