App doesn’t work
Won’t even let me finish creating my account to use it
So far so good
Downloading the app and syncing it with my toy as well as pairing it with my girlfriend’s phone was very easy and the modes all work as well on both of our phones.
Do not download this app
I’m on day 3 and my app is still loading. And it also caused and it’s a big waste of time and money. So disappointed.

At first I was like ok the directions are not English! But then I flipped it over downloaded the app using the directions. I had to click customer service to see how to connect it cuz the directions don’t tell you! Cut the toy on && press the Bluetooth symbol in the corner. It connected and it works ok single mode unless u invite Ure friends or lover to join on the app

Can’t login
I purchased this because of the features the app has. Now I get my item and I can’t sync it because I can’t get signed into the app. Can’t contact customer service because I can’t log in.
App doesn’t work customer support wanting
The title pretty much sums it up! The app will not sync to the device, customer service so far has been a joke. Tried using this app on an iPhone 8 plus and iPhone 7, and doesn’t work on either one. On the iPhone 7 the app crashes immediately after logging in every time. Device will only work with the iBall app which is a Huge disappointment because the features that WETOY is supposed to provide would be a lot more fun than the features on the other app that I have to use with this device.
