Subscription Trap
This app is a subscription trap. I have been using the free version for years to receive photos maybe 4 times a year, but last month they changed their app to have the receive feature be associated with the a new membership plan. I wasn’t aware I signed up for the weekly plan and was getting charged $10 weekly when I wasn’t using the app. I tried contacting customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and even said the email listed with my account on their end was different than what I showed in my app. They do not have a phone number customer service to call, only email. I would not use this app unless you are using $10 a week of their service.

Always available; always successfully transmitted
Have used WeTransfer productively and successfully now for more than 10 years. It has exceeded my expectations.

Pretty useless
This app is really bad. After a download finished, it wouldn’t display the images and so I had to manually import each one into my library one at a time. Unfortunately my local camera shop uses it so I’m stuck with it.

Easy to use, click and send large files
Time Out Issues
App continues to time out with issues on large files. Difficult to download files or videos, as you will see it will stop when device is not being used or you switch to another app. Super frustrating, don’t use as it feels like a total scam.

Easy to use but sneaky on payments
The app is very simple, but the payments are weekly and you get no reminder. So ensure you remember to cancel if you’re not going to use it. I personally think it’s expensive and have found cheaper more suitable alternatives.

It took me six times to try to send something
Sometimes this works great and sometimes it won’t do anything. It took me six tries to get it to upload. I kept saying something went wrong. It’s very frustrating.
