WFG Net Sheet App is AMAZING

This app has been a GAME CHANGER not only for when I get asked for a Net Sheet from a realtor, but now teaching the real estate agents how to use this app, at open houses or when they meet with clients. Real estate agents no longer need to wait for an escrow company to get back to them with a net sheet, in seconds they can have a net sheet created on their phone.
