Good news; low quality app.
Honestly don’t both with this app, just use the desktop version or your web browser. The news from WFMJ is great, but they cannot seem to get their app right. They “fixed” it a few months ago and sadly, it’s just as glitchy as the old one and more frustrating to navigate.
Doesn’t work
Here’s an idea find someone who can design an app that works. Blank screen ,frozen ad, no weather, no updates. If you can’t fix it then scrap it.

This is the worst news app. Literally nothing on it but ads
Non-functional
I love WFMJ as a news source, but this has to be the worst news app available. I have been using this app for years, and it’s slowly gotten worse and worse, to the point where it’s non-functional about half the time. Half of the stories don’t load on any given day. I am not a big fan of WKBN because they are owned by Nexstar, but I think it’s time to explore other, more consistently available resources.

App NEVER works! Deleted and now I use the WKBN one. It works fine.

I use to like this app. I want to read the stories but now most of them won’t have the story with it, only the headlines show up! Once you’re midway through the titles of stories and open one to read and go back it takes you allllllll the way to the top again. WOW, get a new team to work on this. Terrible, glitchy, and adds galore!

The app has been pretty much useless for over two weeks.
It freezes, or just hangs when trying load pages.
It’s useless to use until someone checks the code and check the app for bad or broken code language.

The website is completely covered with advertisement and I can no longer even get the weather on it.

Update the news
It’s been 2 days with the same news. The world is passing you by
What happened?
This used to be a good app but recently news is 4-5 days old or older. It’s not news anymore
Text too small
Since the latest update there iOS no longer a text size adjustment and the default font is too small to read
Location
Please add ALL zip codes to the weather locations. I entered my zip code and it pulled in Struthers. I don’t reside in Struthers.
Needs Fixed
Great for notifications, but can never find the stories the notifications are for in the app.
Please fix issues
The app will shut down every time a new notification comes through. It’s annoying to be in the middle of an article and it disappear. I follow Ohio and Pittsburgh news and this is the only app that does this.
Get with it
If you send breaking news push notifications and it leads to a broken page 100% of the time, stop sending breaking news. Either that or ask for help from your competitor on how they do it right
Needs an update
Ever since the new Apple iOS update this app has not been working properly. When watching the live news feed the app keeps automatically closing out of the feed after about 30 seconds. App needs a new update for iOS 9/24/18
