The only way you can login is using an old password you probably made 6 months before you changed to a new password

Cannot add to IOS calendar
Frustrated as all shifts have to be manually added to my IOS calendar and then they change and have to be added and edited agin, so annoying, the posts to apple calendar should be seamless.
Sign in attempt failed
I remember my password and emails etc but it is not letting me in and when I am in it auto logs me out when not in use this reminds a similar problem to the Odeon cinema app

Always glitching and logging you out. Zero support. And the password for the app is different than the website. By far the worst app on my phone!

I updated my iphone and WFS app stopped working. I called my company and they said I have to reach out to WFS and when I reach out WFS they told me I need to talk to my manager. No one has a clue and I do not know what to do. Poor service on everyone.
Worst app
Worst app as well as website. Never get to log in with your credentials. Every time you have to change your password. Request to reset your password will send to your email in few hours or days, don’t know why it takes so long. Can’t see your co worker in the app. I think they did it on purpose so employees get frustrated and don’t request vacation.

Bewilderingly crap
I cannot fathom how to log into this app to confirm my shifts. Really inconsistent language used, one minute it asks you for email and password, the next account name - it’s infuriating. Have given up trying to use it.
Worst App
Terrible app. The website login is different from your mobile login, so dumb to make people remember two passwords. Mobile app doesn’t let you look back on schedule for previous days worked. I have to login to their website just to look at previous dates worked because this app limits it to just the current date going forward. As soon as your scheduled shift is over, the ability to look at current day’s scheduled hrs is gone. Really really dumb design. I’ve seen smaller companies build better apps than this.

Not great, but does the job
There are some issues that have been fixed, it shows who your coworkers are for the shift and what time lunch breaks are. It’s not perfect but not dreadful either.
No schedule
I’m new to workforce as of today, but my schedule online is available. On the app, I apparently have the whole week off!

Terrible
If I could give it zero stars I would. I can’t even log in. There’s no option to reset password. When I click “problems logging in” it just says we don’t recognize your email and no options to further help you. Customer service is non existent. Don’t bother.
