Ads every 5-10 seconds
This app is horrible with the number of ads. Severe weather alerts cone across and you have to watch an ad first before you can find out what is going on.

Hard to navigate and simply find the text for the technical discussion. Ads before anything you want to see is also aggravating.
Just an app to draw viewers to the station.
I thought the app would be great for getting alerts of weather should be aware of. Instead it constantly tells me things like “let us tell you when it’s going to rain during the week.” DO I REALLY NEED TO BE INTERRUPTED FOR THIS? And they happen so frequently, it is annoying, and of course I ignore them. God forbid something important just happened.

I think the previous weather app had a nicer presentation, easier to see each of the days, it was clearer, the whole app was much better

Two apps?
Not a fan of the new update. Why do I have to now download two apps for WFSB? Plus way too many ads. I have to click through too many ‘go to’ in order just to get anywhere. However the ads I can deal with the two different apps is ridiculous..
WFSB weather
Accurate and detailed, but they should save the incoming alert/warning announcements my phone makes to herald receiving the news for actual bad weather and not every incoming update.

Ever since the Channel 3 APP update.
Video is slow
Audio and Video are sometimes not in sync.
Other times videos fail to load.

Not enough info—we’re not dumb-we can handle it
It would be helpful if you actually explained what was happening in the weather rather than just citing temp/precipitation/clipper system. Used to get explanations on WTIC but not WFSB I guess. We don’t just need to know what’s happening (waste of air time—and mine) or going to happen (too often wrong) but why you think it will happen

This app was changed recently in such a way as to render it unusable for an iPad. Had to delete the app. still OK for an iPhone.

Too hard to play
Ads just keep popping up. I don’t mind a mandatory ad but this is like the clickbait stuff that’s pervasive. Differentiate yourself and people will flock to you. Right now you’re just another disappointment.
