Great but flaky
I listen to the app every day but sometimes it just won’t work at all. They always respond when I report issues.
Takes too Long To Load Broadcast
It often takes 20 seconds to load the broadcast after pushing play.
Increasingly Problematic
I love WFSU and am a longtime continuing supporter. But the app is very frustrating. At least once or twice a month I have to use NHPR or WBUR to get news because this app stops working. Then, I have to delete the app and re-download. WFSU, please fix this.
Best & worst app
Great content, highest of quality. Often delivered with a touch of humor. Have been listening for over 30 years. Highly addictive.
However VERY glitchy. After he periodic updates (which seem to just be updating fund raising campaigns) I can’t get it to play. It just spins and buffers. I usually have to delete & reload & reboot my phone. Most of the time I have to repeat this process multiple times to regain access. It also cuts off often. Tech support almost impossible to contact.
Would rate it 5+ stars, except for the periodic and very frustrating tech issues.
