Old app was better
Old app was way better. This one seems to not keep track of transactions as well. Used to see transactions within minutes on the old app. Now all of a sudden get hit with a ton of transactions hitting all same day. Could be from 2-3 days prior. Think you have $400 in your account then next day you’re in the negative and get hit with late fees.

I live in Northern Vermont since March 2023. There is no Wells Fargo bank here near my home. I very much enjoy the convenience of the Wells Fargo telephone banking service and system as it is most convenient for me!

It’s terrible
I am switching banks because this app is horrible. Doesn’t update my balance and lets my account overdraft when I am signed up NOT too. The old app would deny charges if I didn’t have the money. I’ve never gone negative in my account before and now it’s happened twice since this new app. Goodbye Woodsville

My balance isn’t reflected instantly when making transactions. With the old app it used to be that way .
