This game will forever be my favorite.
From the very first moment it’ll have you hooked, I’ve played it several times and genuinely always cry. The detail and depth to which the story is told is so amazing. I definitely recommend this game to anyone and everyone, especially those who love detail and mystery, the death of Calvin will always be my favorite, though it’s quite short I feel it shows alot more than a kid on a swing. This games shows a bit of inside on mental health and I feel the curse they talk about is mainly about mental illness. This game opens your eyes to a lot more than their family tree, it makes you think about yours, about what generational curses have been passed down to you, what habits and behaviors will you pass down to them, it definitely tugs on your heart if you’ve had a traumatic childhood, or are living in one now. I love this game, and would love a follow up story or sequence to tell about Edith’s son.

There’s a lot I want to say…
I bought this game a week ago and GOOD GRACIOUS it was a great experience. Not the story part. What I mean is the storyline switches so perfectly and the plot of the game is both imaginative and realistic. It showed so many realities that were and are happening in this day’s society, specially towards family. The concept and design is beyond my expectation. I tried the game because I was intrigued by a lot of recommendations of how good is the story. It woah I definitely love it! It made me agree in many things and made me question a lot of things. I was trucked with endless queries which possibilities directly interlocked the family altogether. For a game this rapidly continues, it was both slow and fast. The timing is very consistent. I GOT SAD SO MUCH ARGHHH! Thank you for this!

I came onto the game thinking that it wasn’t gonna be the same as the computer game I watched from special Edd but it was the same ! It was like a fever dream like a game only you could think of playing not it actually being a thing !!! I loved it it was so good so if you love books or video games or anything else because even Richard Ayoade could play this !!!!!! Love and obsessed buy it I promise you won’t regret it !😝🤭😄😉

Easy gameplay, but excellent story

This is one of the best $5 dollar purchases I have ever made.
The story is breathtakingly immersive, and I felt like I was there the entire time. The diversity of the stories was also incredible and very fun and amazing. I loved the soundtrack.
Also, the mobile controls didn’t seem to affect the gameplay at all negatively. This game really benefits from its port.

Amazing
This game is a huge favorite of mine so I’m glad I got to play it myself. It makes me have this feeling of both profound sadness and understanding, and the want to be known that I cannot explain. As a whole this game holds a special place in my heart. While the game did make a beeping noise when clicking (w,a,s,d), after I connected my xbox controller, it didn’t do that anymore. I can say though that it made it hard and annoying to play.

this was literally one of the best games i've ever played, it changed my whole perspective of family and how it can be ripped away from you at any moment. it helped me understand how i shouldn't take things for granted and its a really good game to play. i loved playing this and i hope someone else can enjoy it as much as i did!

So frustrating
I’m not sure if this game was intended for iPhones, but I found myself continually frustrated with movement. After the snake scene on the boat was restarted three times, I was trapped and could not move. I wasted my $5. 😒
Keeps crashing
I don’t want to leave a negative review but every time I step through the wall in the pink bathroom the game crashes and closes!!! So frustrating!
Impossible
It’s impossible to play. The controls are garbage. The hand icon, when it FINALLY appears barely responds. Cant tap or swipe or anything for minutes. Eventually it may respond but not always. Why would the controls be so terrible? The characters are hard to move. Like they just do not respond. If you can stand tapping or swiping or gliding your finger on the screen 700 just to move 4 inches and the repetitive imagery you are rewarded with animal violence and slaughtered screeching rabbits. Oh and there are no instructions or anything about moving around.What a waste of time and energy. But if you really enjoy seeing rabbits ripped apart with a creepy annoying child voice narrating then it’s worth it I guess.

Very different from the usual games on the App Store. A bit difficult to get used to perhaps but do persevere and you’ll be rewarded with a unique experience.

It doesn’t even open. What a complete scam. It opens for about 2 seconds before crashing.
Fantastic game
Had a great time playing this game and slowly exploring the families and the house. Each story is so uniquely different I had no clue what each of their fates would be! Only problem with the game was it crashed the app twice but afterwards was working perfectly fine! My first game of the sort on the iPad and I had thoroughly enjoyed it!

Very buggy on iOS 26
The game was virtually unplayable for me. It keep bugging out at different parts of the game. First time it froze at a random tree and refused to run at all after that. Second time after I finally managed to enter the house, it refused to launch after. Had to keep reinstalling the game but that’s only a temporary fix. Update: after reinstalling for the third time, I finally managed to complete the game. It is a beautiful game, and I appreciated the different and clever interactive mechanisms for some of the stories, but be warned that the first part of the game might be really buggy.
