this app literally changed my life. i was on the brink of a nasty divorce, fighting with my husband every night. it was my rock bottom and the escalating negativity was affecting the relationship with our 4 children. we would get into intense screaming matches trying to decide on what to have for dinner. most nights we couldn’t decide and our kids went to bed hungry. my husbands therapist (who he was having an affair with) recommended this app to plan and prep meals for the week. it has an incredibly intuitive interface and is compatible with iOS 16 which is very cool. i set up a meal plan for the week in just 10 minutes and drove my husband to the store to pick out groceries. that night, my husband asked “hey, what should we do for dinner?” and instead of collapsing into a violent outburst, i decided to check the app “What’s for din?”. I was immediately relieved when the app showed “Liberty Duck Tasso with zuckerman melon topped with an aromatic yuzu oil”. instead of screaming at me, my husband immediately jumped into high gear, his passion for cooking reinvigorated by inspiring menu i had assembled. this app’s harmonious font and color choices acting as a complimentary pairing for the bold and curated flavors of the night. it was truly the most amazing meal i’ve ever had. our children were so grateful to finally have something to eat, even if it was just a tasting portion (the liberty duck was $749 at our local butcher). i felt like i finally got to know my husband for the first time that night. we even shared a few laughs and spent the evening listening to an old tom waits album making hairpin turns at 89mph in his blue camaro. i know life is long and these moments, my happiness, is fleeting. this app brought me shelter in the storm and showed me the way out. i hope this app can do the same for you.
