Evaluating the pictures
The app was amazing up until it kept repeatedly asking me to take a skin text and send pictures to an esthetician and would not let me use the app at all.the app says that evaluating the pictures would only take up to 5 mins but it was never completed.
Could be good but too glitchy.
I like it but some of the questions could be answered once and then be settings like pregnancy, periods, age, and skin concerns and skin conditions/type. Also I purchased something from the app and it was great but now the app won’t let me buy anything else. Lastly, and my biggest complaint is that the skin tests are extremely faulty. The last one I was able to get Part three done was two weeks ago. For something only available every two days I feel like I should get a response from the esthetician should happen when the app says it will or at least not take 3 days.

Evaluating not working
They’ve been “evaluating” my selfies for 3 hours and nothing yet. It used to take 5-10 minutes… not sure what’s up with that but it’s the whole reason I use the app

i downloaded this app maybe about four days ago and it told me to wait for an esthetician to review my pictures in 5 minutes. well it's been almost five days and i'm still waiting !!! it's been so long that i forgot i even had the app smh.

this app is good but it’s makes you think that you have to buy everything for your skin.
Doesn’t work
I think I signed in and it got to the page of where I assume the quiz is supposed to start and all it says is “ Loading initial questionnaire…” for hours on end Im sure if I waited long enough.
I love skincare
And always spend wayyyy to much money and waste so many products! Enter Whatskin - I’ve ordered 3 times now and every product has been spot on for my needs. I don’t know how I’ll ever go back to shopping for skincare without it!!

I never knew what I should be using on my skin until I found this app on insta! I’m obsessed- it even makes lifestyle suggestions and reccomends treatments -yay!

At first I didn’t even know my skin type or how to even take care of my skin. Because of this app I now know my skin type which is combination skin type, I also love how it shows products that could help you’re skin in the long run I 100% recommended downloading this app!
Amazing app
This app was so insightful in helping get a skincare routine. Before this app my skin was full and with a lot of problems. I listened to their recommendations and my skin has never been better! Such a cool concept. Very happy 🥳
CAMERA NOT WORKING !
Ive been trying to align my face for the past 20 minutes! I even went on regular ios camera to see if my camera was acting up (which wasnt) idk if its bugs but its a no for me.

Great idea
I love the concept of this app but the photo taking was too long it kept saying I need to wash my face or wash my makeup off (I wasn’t wearing any makeup) I can’t get past the photo. I think they should add it we’re you submit your own photos from camera roll
I love this app to death
So where do I start so I was having issues with my face and I wanted to know what was happening and my best friend introduced me to it and it was so helpful and it also takes like 80 minutes for them to analyze your skin and score it and go through different categories of what your skin problems is. It normally takes like 30 minutes for me and it recognizes your skin issues and try to give you tips on how you can improve your skin and it’s just amazing, it also gives you products were u can try for your skin and it’s just so so good for me and I’ll keep this app for life because it’s literally not hard to use and it’s been helping me to know about my skin and it’s health. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

This app has seriously changed my life and my skin. I have more confidence and now know how to take care of my skin after 40 years 😂 thanks to Whatskin.

I love this app!
This app has seriously elevated my skin care regimen- anyone from any level of skin care (age, regimen etc) should try! The app is really streamlined and easy to follow, and you purchase skin care selected for you directly from the app! I’ll be using this from here on out
Great App with Some Fixes
It was a really easy experience to submit pictures and the test that I got. I liked how there were various products suggested at different price points. I think the experience could be made smoother but it’s a great app that takes the headache out of figuring out what you need and what products are geared for you.

Obsessed with this app!!
I’ve struggled with my skin my entire life! This app is SO easy to use and has really helped me learn about my skin and the products i should be using. It’s so cool to get a analysis from a real person by sending in my photos, saves me a trip to the dermo! This is a very educational and helpful app and i will be telling all my friends about it.
