Push Notification doesn’t work
Been using Whatsnow for more than 2 years now. In three years I faced whatsnow push notification related issue a lot. Fix time takes lot of time.
Also when you have multiple store it doesn’t differentiate from which store your are getting notification. Reported this issue two years back no fix till date.
Wish they take customer feedback seriously.

No doubt you have created a very nice software. But your customer care support is too pathetic. Your chat support doesn’t respond for hours. Really disappointed.!

Not working and no support from team
It was working fine for almost a month in the beggining then there wer some errors displayed , tried to contact the team a lot of times but still it remains unsolved frm past 7 months.
