If the vehicle is working properly, it’s fine. If not, here’s what to expect:
- if the vehicle is faulty or needs repair, you only know when the timer started
- the timer is per 10 minutes, so you start off with paying for 10 minutes for a vehicle that doesn’t work properly
- if you try to call customer service, they are almost impossible to reach
- once you tried hard enough, they will promise you that they stop the ride and give you a refund
- you keep waiting for the ride to stop which doesn’t happen
- they don’t, and you get charged for the waiting
Avoid. They are charging stellar prices. You can rent for third the price, and you don’t even have the benefit of returning to any collection point (unlike other e-scooter rental apps), so this app has no benefits at all.

Scooter ride
Fantastic
Amazing!
We went 17.5km on these scooters and had the best day exploring the centre of Palma. From start to finish our experience was amazing, we had rented the scooters for my boyfriends birthday and at one point one of the scooters malfunctioned. We called the contact number for Whee and they immediately came to our location with another scooter, absolutely couldn’t fault them. Brilliant customer service skills and had an amazing day!! We was driving back to are hotel but then the scooters did not let us login so we hade to walk them back
