Do not use
This is not a good app. We waited 60 minute and when a taxi did show up they didn’t allow us to get in. Instead a Spanish speaking couple got in the taxi. They only allow Spanish speakers in the taxi. Please be careful and aware!!! If your English wouldn’t bother.
Doesn’t work
Arrived in Tenerife but app doesn’t work. Can’t locate hotels or streets. Then says ERROR. Now it won’t send text reset. Been stuck on wait till next day as sent too many texts in one day - been stuck for over 48 hours. Useless.
Pretty bad
Pre-booked a taxi 24 hours before the fact - waited until the taxi was 15 minutes late and they cancelled the job on me.

Drivers refuse when distance is far. I know uber is more costly, but worth no hassle

Would give zero stars if possible downloaded app booked taxi and called to confirm and was told taxi would be there in 20 mins waited 80 mins and no taxi.
