Horrible App for Horrible Service
I used this app to get a taxi to the Avis car rental at Granada airport. The driver dropped us off at the wrong place insisting that it was the right location even though I had provided the exact location in the app. What’s the purpose of this app if the drivers do not follow the destination provided to the app? Moreover, the driver charged my credit card himself even though the card was provided in the app. Again, what does this app even do? I wanted to leave an appropriate rating for my experience for the driver, but the app did not let me leave a review! Why does this app even exist?

Awful
Drivers are not coming to the pick up point. We had to search for the car and didn’t find it! Driver marked us “on the trip” and I was charged for it
Garbage, missing some key elements
Great idea and could potentially work. Problems with tracking live, too fricking clunky with movement and selection options and nearly impossible to cancel a request.
Rubbish
Tried using app to book a cab. Both attempts were accepted by a driver and then cancelled. Pointless!
App Needs Work
User interface is glitchy. Cannot leave the App to get an address. Very hard to use. Cannot schedule a pick up in advance. Doesn’t recognize addresses as typing. Recommend updates.
