Horrible App for Horrible Service
I used this app to get a taxi to the Avis car rental at Granada airport. The driver dropped us off at the wrong place insisting that it was the right location even though I had provided the exact location in the app. What’s the purpose of this app if the drivers do not follow the destination provided to the app? Moreover, the driver charged my credit card himself even though the card was provided in the app. Again, what does this app even do? I wanted to leave an appropriate rating for my experience for the driver, but the app did not let me leave a review! Why does this app even exist?

Awful
Drivers are not coming to the pick up point. We had to search for the car and didn’t find it! Driver marked us “on the trip” and I was charged for it
Garbage, missing some key elements
Great idea and could potentially work. Problems with tracking live, too fricking clunky with movement and selection options and nearly impossible to cancel a request.
Rubbish
Tried using app to book a cab. Both attempts were accepted by a driver and then cancelled. Pointless!
App Needs Work
User interface is glitchy. Cannot leave the App to get an address. Very hard to use. Cannot schedule a pick up in advance. Doesn’t recognize addresses as typing. Recommend updates.
Disaster in Córdoba
In Córdoba a taxi reservation will be ignored, and a call to dispatch to fix the situation will also not produce a taxi. Using this service is just asking to miss your train or flight. Other Spain services like FreeNow and the Cuenca taxi app actually work. This one is just a front for sadists who want to laugh at your inconvenience.

It’s good for a rough price but the taxis are are taxi ranks so you will have to head to them to be picked up either way used twice once dropped the wrong location second never arrived

Absolute scam
Used the app in Grenada Spain, can came and when it was time to pay used the app and it never came through to the can driver. Had to pay again and they both charged me. If you use pay with cash.
App has stopped working
I’ve successfully used the app in the past but for the last week when I try to book, I have the same error message ‘An internal problem has occurred. We are working our best to solve it.

Well I tried a week ago & again today & the message is the same - tried calling local taxi companies who use it & they didn’t answer. Therefore have had to resort to using Bolt & Uber

Garbage
It basically doesn’t work and comes back with error messages when you try to book. Have resorted to walking to the taxi rank, getting the bus (equally poor app) or getting a bolt. Have told the taxi drivers and operators numerous times about issues with the app… nothing gets fixed.

One of the most useless apps I have ever tried using.Does not find your accurate location.Does not find any available drivers. Lots of places unavailable for pick up.
No communication with driver and drivers go to wrong pickup
The positive is that they don't use dynamic pricing like Bolt. Otherwise they are all around terrible. Drivers can't see your location and will wait at another location. Then they cancel when you are not there.
Stay away from this app
This taxi app is really unreliable and I’ve booked multiple taxis and they just keep accepting the fair but not moving we’ve waited an hour for them to come but they didn’t
Do not believe the charges
Taxi quotes as 48 euros - journey charge 75 euros
