No customer service

I’ve tried 4 chats on 2 different days and email today with only automated responses. No support. I have pre-booked for pickup at Dublin Airport (3x) scheduled at 10:30AM. It has changed the pickup time every time to 5:30AM. The App says to book at the pickup local time which I have done but it keeps changing the time. What’s going on. We are traveling US to Ireland in 2 days. I won’t be in the country at 5:30. We need a driver at 10:30. Can’t get any response from customer support. !!!!
