For as much money as they make you think they would be able to figure out technology. The app doesn’t work despite downloading multiple times. Hire new tech people.
No Audio Service
Rude person at Colosseo said to download app for audio tour that didn't work but don't care because the site is just an overcrowded toilet.
Poor experience.
English version is an earsore. The developers should have asked a native speaker to read the text. The English text itself is dry and lacks Italian flavour. Pure facts and too much information packed in a 3 min audio track.
User experience leaves much to be desired. And you better download all the audio files beforehand.

Bad connection
App didn’t work I tried up load before I went to the Colosseum and at the Colosseum it never opened thank god it was a amazing experience so I didn’t need the app
