Gone downhill
Black taxi drivers overcharge. You literally have to get evidence by asking for physical receipt or take a picture of meter. If you pay direct, email receipt is still wrong. Customer service is non-existent. Takes over 2 months to get a reply and they have zero clue!

Scammy interface that tricks customers. Terrible AI chat bot customer service
I suspect my last 1* review was deleted at Freenow’s request as it’s gone. The app presents options designed to trick customers into not cancelling when drivers cannot be found (button says “would you like to continue search?” but does so anyway even if you don’t click yes. This sort of interface doesn’t happen by accident). Then customer service… AI chat bot says it will refer to human but then doesn’t… nearly two weeks later and no response so had to reverse the charge through credit card.

Zero support in crisis
I would never use this company again after receiving absolutely zero support when the taxi we were in broke down on the freeway in Athens halfway to the airport to catch a flight. I contacted the help option in the app & asked for help. All I got was there stupid chat bot promising me someone will be in touch soon. I got no further responses. Better off with uber.

Awful experience
I booked a taxi from the airport and paid. All was fine and awaited driver details. Baring in mind the taxi was booked for just after midnight so very few other options. It kept me hanging until the time I booked and I waited for 40mins. Then final told me no driver available! What a joke. Will delete the app and never use again. Left stranded in the middle of the night

Easy to use and accurate
Have been using this app for four years and so far have never had an issue with it. The drivers arrive where it says they will and on time and the prices have been accurate.

They require you to pen your credit card to you then rip you off! Unreliable and untrustworthy!
Scam app
Every single time I have booked a trip with this app. An hour or two later I get hit with an extra 10-20 euro charge for no reason. I’d appreciate if you guys would tell me in advance of the final price instead of giving me a 12 dollar euro when booking and an extra 28 euro on top of what I paid after I get dropped off. Scammers!!

Confusion and charged money without my consent
My first time using this app the driver showed up in a car that was not listed on the app so it was confusing trying to locate my driver. Then, second time I used the app my driver canceled on me and I was automatically assigned a new driver that cost me an extra 11€, without me approving the charge.
