Looks good but couldn’t pay
Tried two international credit cards (include WISE international travellers Visa) but app would not validate and would therefore not place the order. Back to Uber, sadly.

First time we used this app ! 100% recommended . Works like an Uber, as they mention car model and color , plates . But instead … they are actually identified with the G7 logo and carry a taxi light as well. Always felt safe, on time and very polite ! Bravo !!!

Please work with Visa to fix 3D card error
The app is excellent. My Visa card would not work on the app. The app told me to contact my bank. My bank told me it was not their problem it was an issue with Visa and European anti fraud measures. I was able to get it to work with a Mastercard. I wish there was a way to reserve the car with one card and pay the driver with another. That would solve the problem since the driver’s device uses the chip reader. Or G7 tech support can get with Visa Tech support and they can solve this known issue. Once I got the app to accept my credit card the app worked great!
