Very easy, super fast and I love because have many lotions for me to choose.
Payment system issues
Went to purchase tickets for a train from Madrid to Barcelona. Put in information for four passengers went through a third party verification process only for the payment system to not work. For Apple Pay or credit card. Also happened on their website. Waste of time.

Bad user experience
I tried booking a ticked to Toledo. Did not complete the purchase because of this horrible app and decided not to go. The app forces you to create an account and enter your information before telling you there no available slots. It’s easy to clear all your data without the app saving the data for you to come back to. The user flows between screens are not polished. For Madrid’s biggest rail company to have such a bad application is quite surprising. I deleted the app and did not book a ticket. Plus, the entire app is not translated properly so you get have eng half es.
