Doesn’t support English

If this is the official app for train and bus cards in Madrid, I would say make it easier for English users. Specially, there doesn’t seem to be an English option.

Falla más de lo que funciona

La mayoría de las veces no puedo recargar mi abono con esta app. Falla al cargar, pero no falla al cobrarme. Y luego tengo que esperar una semana o más para que me devuelvan el dinero. Esta aplicación no debería existir tal como está. Necesita mucho trabajo. Contraten a gente competente.

Buenos días: Por favor, repasa https://www.crtm.es/billetes-y-tarifas/apps/tarjeta-transporte/instrucciones-de-uso-de-la-app-tarjeta-transporte-ios/?idPestana=0&lang=es , en concreto el último paso, la grabación del título pagado en la tarjeta. Y prueba a suprimir el giro automático de la pantalla. Las devoluciones son automáticas, y tu banco debería hacer el ingreso en menos en menos de 72H. Si no, en el menú de la App/Información está el formulario de incidencias. También puedes acceder desde https://www.crtm.es/billetes-y-tarifas/apps/tarjeta-transporte/formulario-de-incidencias-app-tarjeta-transporte/ Un saludo

Not very helpful app

In 2025 we need to stop building apps that actually worsen the user experience. I suggest that the team behind this app looks at “IDF Mobilités” the app behind the paris transport system for some inspiration. The app has no useful information about the type of tickets, it’s just a list, and when you choose one, if you don’t have your credit/debit card saved in the app (because why support apple pay in 2025), it just tells you that you don’t have a saved card. You of course cannot add it in that step (too intuitive), but must return to the beginning to first save a card, then return. The team should seriously reconsider the service it is (not) providing to the user and consider major improvements, as especially when I can recharge my card in the physical machines in about 15 seconds, it is not useful to me

Needs ENGLISH support

It’s useful to check remaining balance on your Madrid travel pass, however, as the authorities expect tourists to use the card for travel, there should be English support in the app, plus the navigation is terrible!
