Superb airline with excellent aircraft and staff. Sadly the APP is absolutely useless π‘

I tried to book via website a flight to Bilbao with a return on September 6, but the system kept incorrectly selecting September 5 and would not allow me to change it. Since it was impossible to proceed with the correct dates, I attempted to complete the booking through the app, which oddly added 15 pounds to the return flight compared to the website. During the passenger details step, I encountered another issue: my email address was automatically truncated from β.comβ to β.coβ. When I tried to correct it by adding the βmβ, the app deleted it again, and I could not continue because it claimed the details were invalid.
There is no effective way to get help - neither via the website nor the app. The only option is an automated chatbot that is completely useless.
Very frustrating experience and total lack of customer support - in the end, no flight booked.

Thank you for your reply, but you have not fully addressed the issue I reported. The problem with the email field is still present: the app automatically truncates my address from β.comβ to β.coβ, and when I try to correct it, the βmβ is removed again. As a result, I still cannot proceed or even access the app properly.
It seems to be caused by a limitation on length or accepted characters in the email field.

I have installed the latest version you just released (15.2.1), and the issue is still not resolved. The email field continues to truncate my address from β.comβ to β.coβ, making it impossible to proceed.
This is the problem you mentioned would be fixed in this release, so itβs quite frustrating to see no improvement. Could you please confirm whether this fix has actually been deployed, or if there is another timeline for when it will be properly resolved? Thank you

I have just installed version 15.22.0, and the issue is still not resolved. The app continues to truncate my email address, the username/email field appears to be limited to 34 characters, which makes it impossible to enter a valid address.
I was told this would be fixed two releases ago, yet the bug is still present. That is extremely frustrating, especially after being assured the issue had already been identified and would be addressed. I am baffled to say the least.
