The airline with the worst customer service
Vueling was a complete nightmare due to a total lack of transparency regarding hidden fees.
Their customer service is practically nonexistent, leaving you stuck with a useless chatbot that only loops automated answers.
I strongly recommend avoiding this airline if you want to save yourself money and frustration.

Hello, we're not sure which hidden fees you're referring to. The prices we show from the very beginning include all fees, and everything is itemized in the shopping cart, which you can view at every step of the booking process.
App sucks; service sub par
Our 6:30 am flight was cancelled and the aftermath was a nightmare - no one at the counter to help; the app completely useless for rebooking. I know bad weather happens, but the airline should have a plan in place for handling cancellations. We did get an email about changing our flight, but the only option was four days later! This is not acceptable. And it really doesn’t seem like the agents cared at all. There were no announcements, no meal vouchers, bottles of water - nothing.

Great App!
Super simple and easy to use. The info is clear and intuitive. The only glitch I find is that sometimes the app notifies you that your flight has been delayed when in actual fact its on time!!
