Thank you for using the Air Europa app. In this version: - You can now make date and time changes to your flights if your booking allows it. - We improved the stability of "My trips" to prevent issues when loading bookings. - We fixed issues related to passenger data validation and the recovery of previously added bookings. - We improved the overall app stability and fixed other minor bugs.

Awful

Awful all around. Flight delayed by over 5 hrs, lost connection in Madrid, NO information provided by ground crew regarding luggage, lodging, rebooking, transportation, NOTHING. No information available in the app, online or via email. Call center was impossible to reach in over 2 hours. Absolutely a disgrace of a business.

Avoid. Glitchy. Use your browser instead.

I registered, tried to log in, got a ‘something went wrong’ message, tried to log in the next day to check in, re-registered, couldn’t check in - got a ‘go to the air europa desk to check in’. Great. Definitely the fault of the glitchy app.
