Genuinely miserable airline
Was denied access to a flight due to a minor booking typo. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff and support that clearly had 0 interest in getting my problem solved. Denied a refund after being refused entry to the flight. Was redirected to 50 different hotlines and support tickets that had me on hold for upwards of an hour just to tell me in the end that there’s nothing I can do. Obviously done with no good faith, could very easily prove that I was the owner of the ticket but was still completely brushed aside at booking. Terrible people, terrible practice, terrible support, terrible airline.

No working at allll - app is reflective of overall airline quality - just not good overall

This app is absolutely pathetic, so poor I don’t know how they stay in business as it has been like this for a long time. Try and find another airline to fly as their website is just as bad.
