Can’t use it
You can’t use it to check in, check booking or actually book a flight. Whoever approved the idea to add the app behind a mandatory account login has zero commercial sense.
Bad app
Wants me to make an account or something - i just want my boarding pass. Most airline apps wouldnt have this much friction. They chose to make this a bad user experience and as a result I’m choosing to give them a one star review.
Luggage inquiry
It was the first time to pay for a hold luggage on any star alliance flight, as i always have one free 23 kg bag was it inside Europe or overseas flight!

Seats map hello?
Ridiculous. It won’t show the seat map. I tried to ask an agent via chat. The chat mixed up the name and last names of the passengers. Even the chat agent wasn’t able to assess the seat map 😂
