Whether you use their app or their webpage, you constantly get error messages like “content cannot be loaded”; or we encounter technical difficulties, please reload page; or “a technical error has occurred. Please try again later”; or something like that. Maybe they should hire somebody from fifth grade, so they’ll make progress‼️ also fraudulently as they don’t give you mileage credit for transactions with Lufthansa group and it’s subsidiaries, like world shop.

Cloudflare never authenticates
When you try to do something that happens in a browser within the app, the Cloudflare protection is not configured with the usual check “click to verify you are human” or equivalent, but just leaves you at “security check” forever. I tried WiFi and 5g, I was in different countries, turned off private browsing, nothing helps. And of course the functionality in question, like redeeming eVouchers for upgrades, doesn’t exist on the website.

Convenient, and Fast
It took sometime for me to login (I ended up getting technical errors because of using a VPN).
