Crashes on Credit Card Authorisation
I only use the app for credit card authorisations. The app crashes every time on the first sign in authorisation request on every day. Following authorisation always work. Very annoying.
Excellence
Another excellent Lufthansa Group product.

Crashes during CC verification
Under iOS 27, the app crashes every single time when you try to use it to authorize a Credit Card payment
Easy
User friendly
Great app
Always keeps me up to date with my points
Excellent
Now it’s more like my miles and more app … loving it
Horrible it
Whether you use their app or their webpage, you constantly get error messages like “content cannot be loaded”; or we encounter technical difficulties, please reload page; or “a technical error has occurred. Please try again later”; or something like that. Maybe they should hire somebody from fifth grade, so they’ll make progress‼️ also fraudulently as they don’t give you mileage credit for transactions with Lufthansa group and it’s subsidiaries, like world shop.

Cloudflare never authenticates
When you try to do something that happens in a browser within the app, the Cloudflare protection is not configured with the usual check “click to verify you are human” or equivalent, but just leaves you at “security check” forever. I tried WiFi and 5g, I was in different countries, turned off private browsing, nothing helps. And of course the functionality in question, like redeeming eVouchers for upgrades, doesn’t exist on the website.

Convenient, and Fast
It took sometime for me to login (I ended up getting technical errors because of using a VPN).
Otherwise using the app is super convenient and easy.

Immer im Flow
Sehr gut zu bedienen und übersichtlich
Excellent and efficient
Miles and more app is one the best in the world in terms of ease and efficiency. This has been achieved by a great team of individuals who work day and night to ensure the best user experience. Best of luck to entire team.
German airports
There is no separate line in immigration for business class unlike in many other countries. Also the aircraft’s are dated and seat comfort is average
Top miles program
Comparing all the different miles program, definitely the best one
Pointless.
Constantly having to get thrown to other websites which need the password resetting, or a captcha doesn’t work. Trying to spend points before they expire is impossible: just one error after another so the points will expire without being used.
Flight Award Search still broken
“Sorry, the frequent flyer profile provided is incorrect.”
It’s insane that this has not been fixed for months.

Can’t even login
Installed the app. For first login it asked me to login thru the website. But login thru the website I have to be logged in the app. To login the app I have to be logged in the website. It’s a loop
LOVE IT
Not a single thing to complain about.
