Not able to reserve seats via app nor webpage

Not able to reserve seats via the app nor the website. When clicking the prompt to go to payment, the screen just crashes. By mistake, I added an extra meal. I was able to pay for for an extra meal. But not for secret reservation.

App Broken

I can’t open the app. It grays out and shows an error message “Sorry we are not able to process your registration at this time. Please try again later.”

This has been happening since my departure day. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app.

Doesn’t open

The app downloads but does not open. Simply says ‘cannot complete registration.’ Quit. Reload. Delete and redownloaded. Same thing over and over

Extra Bag Glitch

If you have to add extra check-in bags, do NOT buy it on the SAS app. They’ve been having this glitch that they never fixed where they double the amount of check-in bags you are trying to purchase. I kept trying to pay for only one additional bag and it keeps trying to charge me for two!

If you buy an extra baggage on their website, they will charge you $6 more than on their app. Sounds like a scummy way to get more money out of people.
