Passport verification scan does not work
This feature is maddening, please fix it. Not having it work means hours of inconvenience
needs speed!
Sitting at CPH 40 min after connecting flight from HAM and app still won’t update screen to new current upcoming flight to KEF. CPH - KEF gate updated 20 minutes ago, but it’s still blank in the app. Do I get a meal in saga premium? I don’t know…it’s offering me economy options. Just fix the basic stuff please!

Lacks the most important information when you need it
My boarding passes for my flight disappeared from the app just before boarding. Thankfully I had printed and screenshotted them ahead of time. In addition it does not show gate or even terminal information for all flights, only some. I had to rely on Google and airport information boards to get this information. These are probably the most crucial information one could have. Major fail.
