No place to sit
Our flight does not board for over 3 hours, there is no place to sit, and my 70-year-old self has to sit on the floor.
Unable to create account
The app keeps giving errors and I’m unable to create an account and therefore can’t access my flight details. Kinda defeats the purpose of the app.

App is terrible, Iceland air itself is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Absolute scammers, will nickel and dime and take everything they possibly can. I lost my brother and had to rebook my tickets so I could go back home. It took weeks to get a funeral date so I had to rebook again and spent hundreds of dollars altogether rebooking. The second time I had to spend hours on the phone I wasn’t even able to do it myself. AWFUL, will avoid at all costs in the future and no desire to visit Iceland either but unfortunately forced to spend a night there during my layover, have to gather my bags and then pay another bag fee. Hope Iceland air goes out of business one day as they keep treating people. Shame on you.
