Nothing works
Can’t check in, can’t see what seats. Non of the kiosk work at SFO. Non of the kiosks in Paris would print bag tags. Once on the flight you are instructed to download Aer Lingus Play App. No app exists. 2 flights the WiFi never worked. Asked a flight attendant and they just shrugged and laughed.
Can't even change seats
Can't access chat and can't even change seats. Have to call them and wait on hold. Useless app.
Horrible app
The app is as bad as the airlines. You can’t choose seats on international flights and when you try you get a run around. They had a better app before
The most pointless app in the world?
This app only very very rarely works. Mostly when I try to “manage my trip” it shows an error message that says “PNR-10001”
I then go to the website and try the live chat option where I end up getting ensnared in labyrinthine discussions with a bot who tells me to go online and click the “manage my trip” option. It works on neither app nor web. It was like this last year too. I never bother reviewing apps but this one absolutely deserved a thorough spanking. It’s worse than useless. It’s a massive time suck.

No Gate Info
The app provided no information on the boarding gate for my flight. I had to go the third-party app Flighty to find my gate…and the last minute gate change.
