The app provided no information on the boarding gate for my flight. I had to go the third-party app Flighty to find my gate…and the last minute gate change.
App needs A LOT OF WORK. Doesn’t interact with connecting airlines. Not user friendly.
I have tried numerous times to check my flights through their app and it keeps telling me that I need to update the app, but nothing happens an cannot log in. Very frustrating.
The app isn't working after an update today - testing fail 😱
Since the last update it no longer works and just has a bad gateway error.
They pushed a release candidate to production and now nothing works.
Since the update today I can no longer log in - it works fine on the website
I have never known a RC version of an app to be released onto the main AppStore making it impossible for any app developerto access any information.
Just “updated” the app and now it doesn’t work at all. Aer Lingus recommendation: please hire any 12 year old to fix the app. Then, beta test the app (for at least an hour) before general release.
Looks like the developers made a massive mistake. They’ve left the version on the bottom of the app logo and it’s doesn’t work very well. Signs me out and crashes.
App now broken! Nothing working since today’s update.
😞
both the app and website are completely flawed. website forces me to click „non-us resident“ even though nationality and address are of the states. app tells me my birthdate is a day after what it actually is and won’t let me specify residency type. horrible app design
Told me to board at gate 1A, turns out our flight was at GATE 9!!! Came very close to missing our flight. At the very least, double check with airport staff or flight information at the airport. I have never had an airline app mess up that bad. Catastrophic and unacceptable.
What’s going on?I can’t book any flights?I put in destination dates, choose my flights, then it goes to the “switch to plus fares “ and can’t go any further?I have never had this problem before?please advise or give a contact number to call ? Very dissatisfied!
The app has no useful information and doesn’t update with gate info boarding or anything. Just look at the screens at the airport.
Seriously just awful. I’ve entered information in twice just for it to spin and then tell me there’s an error. It’s constant and I have no idea how they get away with it. Fix it!
No option to add TSA number.
App and website are terrible and hardly function daily!
It takes a long time to start up. Once open. Clicking in to see flight details results in the round loading icon for awhile then it quits back to the app Home Screen. The internet works fine for everything else in the phone
