Very confusing
Web site intentionally confusing so end up buying things that you don’t want.
Keeps signing me out
Every time i exit the app, it makes me sign in again. And again.
Stop trying to upsell everything…
App works and you can’t fly without it anyway…
But stop trying to upsell everything, or at least bring some AI into it.
I’d booked weeks ago with cabin bag and sports equipment, but when I went to check in it kept trying to get me to buy them with dire warnings if I didn’t….Causing me to doubt if I had already booked them and going back to check.
Hence making a 30 second check on any other airline turn into a 10 minute wind up.
Just FO with your upselling O’Leary….If I want something I’ll book it and if I don’t I won’t no matter how many attempts you try to get me to.
And FYI I’ve got annual travel insurance thanks so stop trying to flog me your overpriced underinsured rubbish too…
