Tried 5 times to pay for additional leg room with 3 different cards and kept getting errors. Disappointed.

The worst people and business on the market
Ryanair’s employees are completely devoid of humanity and have not been schooled in respect, service and basic intelligence. I have encountered some of the worst humans I have ever met in this company. Does your interview process require hires to be absolute awful humans or does your corporate culture make them like this ? Either way you’ve succeeded in creating the absolute worst workforce on the market. I am never giving one more cent to this business as long as I live.
If you are reading this and thinking of booking with Ryanair, I truly urge you to consider equally priced or even slightly more expensive options that actually understand human decency. Companies like these should not get our support and money if they’re not willing to invest in basic human rights and decency. May all the dehumanizing businesses like this one collapse.

verification process
Useless verification process, if you cared about client you would at least provide someone to speak to before getting to the airport. Looks like you actually want to enforce extra payments. Very annoying process!!!!

Ok but does not easily show me what I have booked already. Eg bag in hold already booked.Tries to sell more without helping me understand what I already have booked.

I used to like booking with Ryanair. It was cheap and easy.
Now everything has changed you have to pay via PayPal most hated way of paying anything. This will probably be the last time I ever booked anything with Ryan sadly. also the last five times I have flown with Ryan. The flights have been delayed, even though two of them have been the first plane in the morning.

Login via PayPal
Very bad app when trying to log in via PayPal it says depreciated app version. Reinstalling app does nothing, and support is clueless what to do. There is no update to app either. I’m unable to manage flights in app because of that.

Paid for my baggage but trying to check in online but I can’t because even though my booking clearly says baggage paid your check in is charging me again

Confusing knowing what luggage I have already purchased
With the app and current booking it doesn’t mention what you have prior paid for, so you could end up purchasing unnecessary baggage

Checking in shouldn’t be as confusing and unnecessarily complicated. Unless it is designed that way to generate more income. Which would not surprise me. Could do much better
