Worst app ever

This app is genuinely horrible, I put in my birthday and it says that I’m not 16 when I am, and when my family member tried to get other things to work it never did

Grand

Have had difficulty but alright now I hope 😃

Can’t see booking

Refuses to show me booking for no specified reason. There is one thing this app should do and it does not do it.

Baffling

All I want is a seat and a bag to take in a flight. How difficult can you make it? Ask Ryan Air.

EasyJet - the clue is in their title.

Awful checkout loop - thirsty for extras

Totally ghastly experience with UX failures, loops that forced me back to the website and endless thirsty extras requests. Horrible.

Clunky and glitchy

Just not intuitive. Painful to use. Full of gremlins. Really hard work and unnecessarily difficult. Would use alternatives if there were options. Sadly there are not.

App is awful

Keeps crashing, not intuitive at all, sort it out Ryanair as we are forced to use it!

Very easy to book

Fantastic booking app. And very easy to check in and download flight passes.

What a great company

The app is so easy to use , always find all the info ! Great company to travel !

Most Terrible Check In Experience

So sad.

Not able to scan passport in app

Not able to scan passport in app

Easy to use service

Great service but too much money grabbing for extras

Online check in

There is no option for evisa evidence. I applied from UK and we don’t have BRP and there is no option for us to provide evisa evidence. That makes us anxious.

Logging off

Kept logging out

Scammers

Wish we had gone with jet2. Flew out with EasyJet and they didn’t scam us with the whole baggage allowance. Also didn’t charge £39 to sit together. I have just had to pay an extra 77 euros just to sit together and add one small cabin bag.

Check in fee

I was a loyal Ryanair customer for many years, but this experience has changed my mind.

If you arrive at the airport less than two hours before departure without having checked in online, Ryanair charges €55 per passenger. The app only allows free online check-in until two hours before departure, leaving only a 22-hour window to check in.

Ryanair did send one reminder email, but it was buried among numerous promotional and marketing emails. For such a significant penalty, the warning should be much more prominent in the app and through dedicated notifications, not hidden in marketing communications.

Many customers only discover this expensive fee at the airport, when they have no alternative but to pay.

This policy doesn’t build customer loyalty—it creates frustration and resentment. Instead of focusing on long-term customer relationships, Ryanair appears to rely on penalty fees.

After this experience, I will no longer fly with Ryanair if there is another reasonable option. Losing a loyal customer over a €55 fee is a poor long-term business decision.

Horrible Absolutely Horrible

If the AL is anything like this App I’ll never fly Ryan Air ever again, no exceptions. Passport verification scanning terrible, ticketing terrible, baggage selection process convoluted. Cheapest Fares trash App.

Rude Live chat

Had to wait in queue of 124 people only to deal with rude and sarcastic member of staff while trying to sort out seating arrangements for a disabled person. Shocking

Just let me check in

So tedious having to click through everything it’s trying to sell, including trying to get me to pay for baggage that I’ve already paid for.
Con men hiding in plain sight.

Disappointed with service

Very disappointed with Ryanair
