Horrible for international travelers
Trying to pay for checked baggage is a nightmare. The app requires a text confirmation that never comes, the support rep was impossible to work with and needed information we did not have, so we had to drive to the airport a day early just to weigh the bags, and nobody from Transavia was at the airport check in.

Flight landed and i had to wait a thousand years to get off the plane, everything else was straight tho but that alone was enough to get them a 1 start
Worst payment and checkout experience
No Apple Pay, payment NEVER works, app was blocked for 30 min, always delayed, impossible to modify a booking.

All good reviews are fake!!! Nothing is loading and buttons don’t work. I could do a better app without zero knowledge of it.
