Current version deserved better rating
I was very hesitant to download due to the 1 star rating, but it turned out it’s needed everywhere in Iceland. It’s actually easy to use. I also contacted customer support once and a real human got back promptly and resolved the issue.
Extremely terrible app
Terrible scam app. App is buggy, geolocation never works (works fine with other apps).
Promoted to use for parking in Iceland
This app simply does not work. We spent 5 days and it doesn’t function, suspect their backend servers are nonexistent. We skipped visiting a number of places in and around Reykjavik as well as the southern peninsula because we were not able to pay using this app. Hopefully the Icelandic government can get it sorted as it seems to be the only way to avoid parking fines. Do Not Download.

Fee/Subscription Model is Terrible
89ISK per trasanaction or to get you in a subscription so you hopefully forget about it is a terrible system.
It also owns none of the parking areas it manages of course. Garbage.

Travelers Beware
Beware of the monthly fee. It’s a prorated fee, it does not pay for a month of usage but rather the remainder of the month. This is both beneficial and malicious in that if you pay on the 29th you’ll be charged again on the 31st. Company refuses to issue refunds.
