Great app, one star rating is unjustified

Make sure you add pay by tag/license plate when traveling and having to use this app. I tried paying multiple times and being in remote areas without service made it so I couldn’t pay and have been paying 4 to 5 times the amount to the rental agency for parking because of it. Parking companies are typically bottom dwellers and this one surely isn’t any different.

Current version deserved better rating
I was very hesitant to download due to the 1 star rating, but it turned out it’s needed everywhere in Iceland. It’s actually easy to use. I also contacted customer support once and a real human got back promptly and resolved the issue.
Extremely terrible app
Terrible scam app. App is buggy, geolocation never works (works fine with other apps).
Promoted to use for parking in Iceland
This app simply does not work. We spent 5 days and it doesn’t function, suspect their backend servers are nonexistent. We skipped visiting a number of places in and around Reykjavik as well as the southern peninsula because we were not able to pay using this app. Hopefully the Icelandic government can get it sorted as it seems to be the only way to avoid parking fines. Do Not Download.
