Put more buses you cheap bastards

Thanks for waiting for 3 hours and not even one bus would stop in the station

Hopeless for a foreign visitor

If you don’t have a Norway phone number, you can’t register. End of story

Response from developer

Hi! We understand the frustration. You should still be able to travel without creating a personal Ruter profile, but some profile features require SMS verification. If you don’t receive the code on a non-Norwegian number, you can still buy tickets in the Ruter app without logging in, or use other official ticket channels such as Entur or Vy. Thanks for letting us know. Br. Kasper @ Ruter

WORST APP EVER

Absolutely impossible to be accurate!!!!

Doesn’t work for US visitors

Really should be able to work with a US phone number and US bank card. But it does not. Frustrating. And tickets cannot be purchased at the stations. Use Uber or Lyft instead. Really disappointing.

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for the feedback! I will forward it to the right department. You will not be able to create a profile in the Ruter app with a US phone number, but you should be able to use your US bank card. If you stil experience any issue you can call our customerservice at: +4722057070. Kind regards, Mette/Ruter AS.
