Useless IT team. Swiss has app and web problems for years.
The app fails to open
Tried a million times but the app just not opening. Tried updating the app to latest version but still not working. It freezes at the starting screen for a few seconds then quits.
Unusable
I couldn't get past the point of creating an account. First, it hung up for minutes proving I was a human. Then it wouldn't work with a password manager. It showed that a password was entered, then gave me an error saying I didn't enter a password. I won't choose Swiss Air for any future travel.
Terrible experience
Seats do not recline , charging portals do not work. No outlets on a 10 hour flight. Was charged 165 Swiss franks for luggage which was over 2 kg. The worst flight experience I have had on an international flight.

Among the many Airlines apps I must say that the ease of use, clearness and immediacy of information, give this app an edge
Exceptional service!
We were able to travel stand-by as our friend is a Swiss Airline attendant. We were welcomed aboard and the crew made sure my daughter and I had seats next to each other. They were so accommodating and we felt spoiled! All and all it was a wonderful experience!!!

Lovely Airline
Grateful for staff who consoled me when I got panic
Thankyou for the services, the food and the staff. I flew in April from Swizz to Delhi and left my watch at the gate. The staff consoled me and ensured they will check it for me and hand over to me if they find it from ground staff. Ms Sharma made sure I should not panic or cry and hence brought wine for me. Although the watch was not found unfortunately, yet I am thankful for the services and staff and wish you guys luck.

Horrible service
Where do I even start. The chat bot and the live chat offer abysmal service. Live chat agents ask me the same info over and over again when it is right there in the chat. I can understand they are handling multiple chats. But to not even bother to scroll up a couple of lines to see what I’m even asking is just infuriating. And the chat bot won’t even give you the phone number to call. They make it very hard to call support and direct you to the chat bot. And Swiss air in general has canceled my premium seat in the past without notice. I get to the gate and I don’t have a seat. What an abysmal carrier.

Arguably the worst
I have no idea where they searched for the design team and coders but they found the worst of the worst. Logging on through security takes longer than security at JFK. So many error messages I finally gave up and called, user support was useless. Never got checked in
App froze at login
I signed up for an account, activated it. When I tried to login on the app, it took its time trying to authenticate me as a human being, and then it has been spinning round and round and round for hours getting to nowhere. Does seem like the Swiss Air flights that I love.
Excellent Flight Experience with SWISS
I had a great experience flying with SWISS. The staff were friendly and professional, the flight was comfortable and on time, and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely fly with SWISS again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cannot log in, useless
Tried 7 times to log in, the blue dot goes around in circles and never gives you an answer. Maybe I was using the wrong password but at least a well-designed app would tell you that you used the wrong password.
Oh, and there is no other way: you NEED to log in to be able to do your check in and get your boarding pass. Back to the PC and printed passes in afraid.

Very bad customer service
I am the care taker of two elderly customer that were flying from GVA to GRU with a connection in FRA. I live 62 km from the airport.
The flight of two elderly people was cancelled due to bad weather conditions. Then a new flight was proposed by train and fly. Si they had to go to Geneva 62 km, take a train to Zurich ALONE ? Then rebook their bags at Zurich airport and fly .
I think this was such a bad service … elderly people!!!! No regards to their mobility restrictions and for the customers that chose Swiss as an airline .

Have been unable to login to my account today keep getting technical error. I have tried all suggestions to rectify this with no joy. Cannot get the app or website to send a reset link. Total rubbish.
