Nothing works
Trying to plan our trip to Switzerland and all the resources online point to downloading the app and buying a Swiss Travel Pass through the app but nothing seems to be working. Constant bugs and errors with cryptic error messages. I had to verify my identity by uploading a picture of my passport and then nothing happened. Everything is unclear. How is there only 9 reviews and they are all negative? Something is seriously wrong, feels like the app was made by a devshop in India for very cheap or something.

Hilarious how much this company charges for tickets when their track layouts are so screechy you literally have to block your ears when they arrive, the AC is constantly not working in the middle of summer and the WiFi is completely unusable (though they still have the gall to ask for your mobile number to verify their useless 6 mb/s internet). Not getting SMS to buy Swiss pass
App UI is confusing
The SBB app looks better than many government transport apps, but the UX is still confusing. Important details like platforms and departure times are harder to find after buying a ticket, even though they are clear before booking. The app also lacks clear navigation and feels cluttered when managing tickets or routes. The app also feels super engineered, with too many layers and features making simple tasks more complicated than they need to be. SBB should improve the UX and UI to make the app simpler and easier to use.
