通过app预订长途列车座位竟然分配到一个完全不存在的车厢,我支付了预订费却只能两个多小时在明显超售极其拥挤的车厢里站着,列车工作人员也在面对问题时极其缺乏耐心且完全不负责任
I bought a ticket in the app Fall of 2025 and now it rejects my Visa card.
So I deleted the app, logged back in, and had the same problem. So I deleted my Visa card thinking I could enter a new one during purchase and it refuses to complete the payment process. I bought the ticket on the Swiss train app instead. ÖBB needs to fix their app!
Works fine for me 2026
Used in 2026 with no issues. Both for (1) tickets purchased from a computer and accessed from the app, and (2) tickets purchased through the app. (Note: I was paying with a card from an Austrian bank). All worked smoothly for me.
Won’t let me lay
Unable pay for booked trips. I tried Apple Pay, my Cc and my friends CC from a major bank. Then when you go back a page, everything is erased and you have to start over. I tried everything including the website. I have been all over Europe and never had this issue. Please just

This app is awful. When you try to pay for the tickets nothing works. Apple Pay doesn’t, typing in your card doesn’t. I almost missed my train because I had to go buy a ticket in person as this horrible app doesn’t work. Please fix it
