I have unsubscribed from these emails multiple times and I continue to receive emails.

Actually pretty good
Not sure why the reviews are so negative on this.
The app is super easy to use - easier than the Paris equivalents, comparable to Prague, Vienna apps.
Required minimal details, just name and address, no ID.
A few reviewers apparently complained about the payment handler, Simple, that opens in a popup to accept payment. This is not a separate app, just a popup for accepting payment. It didn’t require any extra info from me and Apple Pay worked fine.

app is very frustrating. i purchased a multi day pass as a tourist. no issues paying for the pass, but every time i was asked for the ticket, the app takes forever to load the home screen and even longer pulling up the actual ticket
