App works well
The app works well in English except for the ticket names and explanations remain in German. Not so helpful.
Constant problems
Should be convenient but it’s always full of problems. Won’t take payment, tickets disappearing. The app is unusable.
Can’t even login
What’s the whole point of having an app if the login button doesn’t even work?
In all pages i tried the login button. I also tried to quit the app and reopen. Nothing ever happens when i press on login.
Cant do anything. Not logging in means you can’t even buy a ticket and the whole app is useless

Delay activation of Welcome to Berlin ticket
Purchased a 48 hr Welcome to Berlin ticket before arriving in Berlin. It activated immediately vs giving me the chance to activate or validate it later. Tech support was no help. Poor user interface for a very common purchase option!
Do not trust or get a fine
As soon as I arrived at the airport, I took the first train to get to central Berlin. When I tried to buy a ticket on the app, it was impossible to add a payment method, so I had no way to purchase my transport ticket. I explained the situation to the inspectors, but they would not listen or show any understanding. The result: a €60 fine for a malfunction that was clearly not my fault. This is unacceptable!
