Shameless and rude customer service

After my account was blocked by mistake, I called customer support to resolve the issue. Despite the app being available in English, no one was able to assist me in English.

I therefore tried to explain the situation in German as best I could. I was told that they could not understand me, and then they simply hung up on me.

I have tried calling several times since, but now no one even answers my calls. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour.
